Mindy Hucks, RN  Registered Nurse: Mindy  is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in various areas of patient care, including Cardiac, Surgical, and Aesthetics. She has further committed herself to men’s and women’s health and wellness through technical training and certification. Mindy teaches lifestyle modification, nutrition, weight management, and hormone optimization through Hormone Replacement Therapy. She believes, “Aging is inevitable, but feeling it doesn’t have to be!”

Ashley is the newest addition to our team at Georgetown Plastic Surgery. She is a board-certified physician assistant with over 13 years of experience. Ashley is a native Austinite completing her undergraduate education attending both The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University. She continued her education, completing her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Ashley is dedicated to highlighting each patient’s natural beauty by crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals. She is passionate about building enduring relationships with her patients, all while emphasizing the restoration of their self-confidence and overall quality of life. When she’s not helping her patients, Ashley loves to spend time at the lake with her husband and three children, or tackling DIY projects.

Cathy is our Certified Surgical Technician and also serves as the OR Manager and Scrub Tech at our own San Gabriel Surgery Center. She brings with her nearly 15 years of plastic surgery experience. Cathy was born in Upstate New York and made Texas her home in 1995. Cathy is happily married and has three wonderful children. Now that her kids are off to college, Cathy decided that it was time for more babies…fur babies. Her beloved pups, Stanley and Cooper are the newest addition to their family.

Clarissa serves as one of our skilled Medical Aestheticians. Originally from Marfa, Texas, she moved to the Austin area 25 years ago and graduated from the Aveda Institute with her Aesthetician License in 2017. With 7 years of experience in the aesthetic field, Clarissa is known for her compassion and empathy toward our patients. She guides them through their aesthetic and skincare journeys, providing ongoing support every step of the way. In her free time she loves hanging with her pup, Champ.

Anna is our bilingual Patient Coordinator and Certified Medical Assistant. She moved to the Georgetown area 20 years ago and joined our team in 2022. Ana enjoys assisting patients and getting to know them on a personal level and helping them navigate through every stage of their surgical journey. Ana stays very busy, she is currently enrolled in an Aesthetician Program and Nursing School. When she’s not studying she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies.

Amanda has been Dr. Staebel’s office manager since he opened in 2006. Her professional and helpful disposition serves her well in assisting patients with financial concerns including health insurance questions and billing. She is a graduate of Texas State University and is an avid soccer player.
